Brian McBride started his Real Estate Career over 20 years ago at Coldwell Banker. In 2007 he opened his own residential and commercial Boutique Real Estate firm McBride Kelly and Associates. McBride Kelly and Associates is consistently in the top 20 in total volume for the Tampa Bay region. In addition to managing over 60 of the best Realtors in the Tampa area Brian focuses on Multi Family, Single-Family flips and Land Development. He has been involved in

several Joint Ventures over the past 5 years that includes a Single-Family subdivision in South Tampa, a small neighborhood of homes in Seminole Heights, selling and breaking a record of 40 units in Sarasota while also managing and overseeing the entire lease up. Brian is currently involved in several Multi Family ground up construction projects in St. Pete and South Tampa. Beckham Capital Partners a subsidiary that Brian McBride owns solely has developed or been directly involved in over 70 million dollars worth of Residential and Commercial real estate Development. Lurandan Capital Currently owns 5 acres in Carrollwood that is under development for 12 Luxury Single Family homes. Brian is heading up the development team for this project as well.
